Position Summary
Romach, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Construction Laborer to support our field operations. This role is essential to maintaining jobsite productivity, safety, and quality across a variety of commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen and subcontractors as needed
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Assist with site setup and teardown
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Foreman
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs., standing, bending, kneeling)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Work Environment
- Outdoor jobsite conditions in varying weather
- Fast-paced construction environment
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required at all times
